Enriched Air, also know as Nitrox or EANX, contains less nitrogen than regular air. Breathing less nitrogen means you can enjoy longer dives, and feel less tired when you dive few days in a row. 

You do the theory online and with your instructor you will learn how to analyse a tank, fill out an enriched air log and set your dive computer for nitrox.
